3. Pricing and Payment

  • Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing or inventory errors



Payment must be received in full before shipment.





4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Shipping restrictions



Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.





5. Shipping



Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


Crowline Racing is not responsible for:


  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer



Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.





6. Returns and Refunds



All returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.


Key terms include:


  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Certain items are non-returnable (custom orders, electrical parts, fuel system parts, clearance items, etc.)



Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.





7. Warranties



Products sold by Crowline Racing may carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.


Crowline Racing makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

We are not responsible for warranty claims resulting from:

  • Racing abuse
  • Normal wear and tear

  • Vehicle damage
  • Loss of profits

  • Downtime
  • Towing or labor costs



Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
