Crowline Racing Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Crowline Racing. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.





Order Processing



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Orders may be delayed due to:


  • High order volume
  • Backordered or custom items
  • Verification of payment or shipping information
  • Holidays or unforeseen circumstances



Crowline Racing reserves the right to cancel or hold orders for suspected fraud or incorrect information.





Shipping Methods & Carriers



We ship using major carriers including:


  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Freight carriers for oversized items



Shipping method and carrier are selected at checkout or at our discretion based on package size and destination.





Shipping Rates



Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:


  • Item weight and size
  • Shipping destination
  • Carrier rates
  • Insurance and handling costs



All shipping fees are non-refundable.





Domestic Shipping (United States)



We currently ship within the United States.


Estimated delivery times:


  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)



Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.





International Shipping (Optional Section)



If you ship internationally, you can include this:


International customers are responsible for:


  • Customs duties
  • Taxes
  • Import fees
  • Brokerage charges



Crowline Racing is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.





Incorrect Address & Refused Shipments



It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.


If a package is returned due to:


  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused shipment



The customer will be responsible for:


  • Original shipping cost
  • Return shipping cost
  • 30% restocking fee






Lost or Stolen Packages



Crowline Racing is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.


If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.


Shipping insurance is recommended when available.





Damaged Packages



If your package arrives damaged:


  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of:
    • Product damage
    • Shipping box
    • Shipping label



Do not install or use damaged items.


We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.





Backorders & Preorders



If your order contains a backordered or preorder item:


  • Your order may ship in multiple packages
  • You will be notified of estimated ship dates
  • Additional shipping charges may apply






Risk of Loss



Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
