Crowline Racing Return & Refund Policy

At Crowline Racing, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns on most new, unused items within 14 days of the original delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • All hardware, instructions, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Electrical components once opened or installed
  • Fuel system components
  • Gaskets, seals, or consumables
  • Items that have been installed or show signs of use
  • Clearance or final sale items


Return Authorization (RMA)

 

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping back.


To request an RMA, contact:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if applicable

Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Crowline Racing is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund amount = purchase price minus shipping and 30% restocking fee
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

If the item is returned damaged, used, or incomplete, the return may be denied or subject to additional deductions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The product
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label

We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you if the issue is confirmed to be our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item following the return process and place a new order for the correct part.

Refused Shipments

Packages refused or returned due to incorrect address or delivery refusal will be subject to:


  • Original shipping cost
  • Return shipping cost
  • 30% restocking fee
